It used to be common sense to use the dust catcher in order to avoid the pollution of the environment and injures the health of workers who inhale scattered powder dust while pouring the powdered grain by manual or machine.
However, it becomes impossible to solve this problem if you operate ordinary dust catcher depend on using condition such as the adhesive capacity powder and tidal dissolving powder, especially under condition of around water and steam. As moisture and powder react each other at once, they stick on the filter or every parts of the dust catcher. Therefore, it is unable to use for the inducement of choked filter. It is cause of not only increase of maintenance, but also many personnel expenditures for clean-up. It has been desired to develop better dust catcher for such severe condition.
The wet collector (WDC series) was developed to meet such user's requests.

- In case of suction the water vapour and the powdered grain at the same time.
- The current dust collecting equipment causes choke of the filter with water vapour and powdered grain.
- Having trouble with dust occurrence while pouring the powdered grain at the plant having a lot of vapour.
- Having trouble with dust occurrence while pouring the powdered grain to jacket pot at food plant.
- Request of the dust catcher with non-explosion model, easy clean the dust catcher
up and lower expense of electricity for construction.
(It drives by air because of all air driving method.)- No wiring harms, but exists air piping at the place occurring dust.
- In dangerous area, you can not use electricity. ・ Need to wash whole equipment with water / hot water for sanitary purpose.
- Need movable dust catcher. Need easy maintenance dust catcher.
- Since places of pouring the powder work are scattered, the cost is too much to use ordinary dust catcher.
- Too hard to maintain the dust collecting equipment.
